Overview

All participants wishing to participate in WORTH-12 must complete online registration and payment of the registration fee.
Online registration is only possible through the WORTH-12 website and registration by e-mail or fax is not possible.
All registrations are made by individuals in principle, and a separate online registration URL or group registration form for group registration is not provided.
Those who have paid the registration fee can check and print the receipt in the 'Overview' tab after logging in to the system.

When registering online, students pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree can register under “Student” category.
Those in Post Doc courses are not eligible for “Student Registration”.
In the online registration process, to register in the “Student” category, you must upload a copy of your student ID or equivalent supporting documents (such as a confirmation letter from the professor in charge) to register.
Student ID or proof of enrollment must be issued in English.

No additional fee required.
Limited to a total of 80 overseas participants for 3 tour programs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation can be made during the online registration and payment process.
For some technical tour site, attendees must submit entry-related documents and information in accordance with the security regulations of facility, and those who fail to submit such documents will be restricted from visiting. Relevant information will be provided later only to applicants.
If the number of applications is limited, applications will be automatically closed without prior notice.
Depending on the local circumstances, the itinerary announced below is subject to change without prior notice.
The application will be confirmed a month before the congress, only if you complete your registration fee payment.

The registration fee must be paid in one of the following ways and you can choose one of the options during the online registration process.

Real-time payment is made through the online card payment company (Eximbay) system.
The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX.
All credit card fees are borne by the registrant.
Actual payment amount may fluctuate depending on exchange rates.
The merchant’s name on the credit card statement is 'Eximbay'.

If you select 'Wire Transfer' as the payment method, the remittance must be completed within 2 weeks of completing online registration for it to be valid.
If it is difficult to transfer money within 2 weeks of registering online, please contact the secretariat in advance.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
For bank transfer, the name of the sender and the registrant must be the same.
If the name of the registrant and the sender are different, please write the name and registration number of the registrant on the copy of the remittance certificate and send it to the secretariat at reg@worth-12.org.

Cancellations of registration must be submitted to the WORTH-12 Secretariat by email at reg@worth-12.org.
All refunds will be made within two weeks of the end of the symposium for administrative reasons.
All bank and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount before transfer.

After logging in, click 'Invoice and Registration Confirmation' on the ‘Overview’ tab to print your invoice and receipt.
For registration fee payers only, the attendance certificate can be downloaded from 'Overview' > WORTH-12 website from one week after the completing of WORTH-12.
